Strengthen and improve your grip for No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu with our 4 week grip strength program. Utilise sport specific exercise that drive adaptation and start winning more hand fighting battles. (for a Gi specific grip strength program click here)
This No-Gi grip strength program is primarily designed as a standalone program that features 2 weekly training days. By design this will allow you to easily schedule your gym days around your class and open mat sessions. Although where possible try not to run the workouts on consecutive days. Due to the exercise selections and the methods used this program also supplements well with other programs, however only do this if you are familiar with programming and have some experience in this area.
Throughout the program you are guided through your weekly and daily workouts, meaning you wont get confused or overwhelmed with information or progression. The program is at its core a 4 week program, however due to the simple progression methods used (linear weight and timed intervals) it is also designed to be repeated as many times as you wish.

What's included in the program?
In the program is a full PDF including a detailed introduction and guide to the program, as well a as week by week and day by day guide. At this moment our programs do not featured detailed exercise tutorials so we suggest assessing the program level to your experience and purchasing accordingly. Supplementing by watching detailed tutorials online and perfecting your form is something we strongly suggest, but do not offer included in the programs. (we are working hard to add this feature in the future)
How will I receive the program?
After purchase you can instantly download your PDF program from the post checkout page, the program will also be emailed to you for download. Additionally you can log into your account to download any purchased programs at any time.
What file type is the program?
To ensure compatibility across all devices and device types all of our programs a a PDF.
What devices can I use the program on?
Our PDF's are compatible with all devices. So you can follow along whilst at the gym or at home or anywhere. If you have any problems please reach out.
Can I share the program with others?
As per our licensing agreement, each program purchase gives you 1 license for your program. You can use this yourself on as many devices as you want but you are prohibited by copyright from sharing this with others.
What is the refund policy?
We do not offer refunds or exchanges once the files have been downloaded or accessed. Refunds may be issued if you accidentally purchased the same product multiple times or did not receive the product due to an error on our end. If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase.
