This gap in the market or lack of information is what ultimately led to the idea of strength4bjj, with a vision to bridge the gap between strength training and BJJ, ultimately creating programs for all schedules, levels and BJJ experience and games.
"I’ve been a qualified coach for over a decade and I've been actively involved in, and passionate about, combat sports for as long as I can remember. Over this time frame I've had the honour of working with many people from all walks of life, helping them improve their physical performance, building confidence and achieving their goals. From training for competition or simply aiming to move and feel better, it's been a pleasure to be a part of their own unique individual journeys."

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods. All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways ensuring your information is safe.
How do I receive my order?
After purchase you can instantly download your PDF program from the post checkout page, the program will also be emailed to you for download. Additionally you can log into your account to download any purchased programs at any time.
I can't download my program?
If you are having issues downloading your program please reach out and we will resolve this quickly for you.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
We can can cancel your order if you haven't download your program. This is largely to prevent malicious orders. However if you have made a mistake when ordering or ordered duplicates then we will happily resolve this. Ultimately if your genuine then of course we will help/
What is your refund policy?
As these are digital downloads and the ability to return the product is largely impossible, we will treat refunds on a case by case basis. Again if you are genuine and not simply trying to get a free program then we are happy to issue a refund. Also as stated in the cancellations any accidental or duplicate orders will be refunded.
How do I apply a discount code?
To apply a discount code simply add it to the discount section on the checkout page. Only 1 discount can be used per order.
Do you offer partnerships or wholesale opportunities?
We are open to any kind of partnership or wholesale service. We are also happy to work with any local clubs or gyms to establish a relationship.
