This highly anticipate BJJ squeeze strength and power program will simply focus on increasing your isometric squeeze strength and endurance. With a specific focus on upper body submissions like the arm triangle, rear naked choke, darce etc. Strength should never compensate for poor technique, however there are instances when having that additional squeeze strength and endurance can be hugely beneficial.
This is a 2 day per week program that will fit around almost all BJJ training schedules. 1 day rest minimum between workouts is strongly advised. Like most of our 2 day programs, if you are experienced and comfortable you can easily program this around any current program you are running and you can also pair this with many base programs on our site. However ensure you are comfortable and adjust accordingly.
This program will guide you day by day through each of your workouts, ensuring you know what your doing and when your doing it. As with most of our 4 week programs the squeeze strength program is designed to be run continuously for longer periods of time after the first 4 weeks. This is made possible by the linear progression achieved via incremental increases in weight and timed intervals. Ultimately allowing you to keep strengthening your submission squeeze until even Islam Makhachev would be jealous.

In the program is a full PDF including a detailed introduction and guide to the program, as well a as week by week and day by day guide. At this moment our programs do not featured detailed exercise tutorials so we suggest assessing the program level to your experience and purchasing accordingly. Supplementing by watching detailed tutorials online and perfecting your form is something we strongly suggest, but do not offer included in the programs. (we are working hard to add this feature in the future)
How will I receive the program?

As per our licensing agreement, each program purchase gives you 1 license for your program. You can use this yourself on as many devices as you want but you are prohibited by copyright from sharing this with others.
What is the refund policy?
We do not offer refunds or exchanges once the files have been downloaded or accessed. Refunds may be issued if you accidentally purchased the same product multiple times or did not receive the product due to an error on our end.
