This intermediate BJJ strength and power program will focus on building your functional strength and all-round explosive power specifically for BJJ. This will be achieved through utilising sport specific exercises that drive adaptation, with a mix of strength training that highly emphasises functional movements, and plyometric explosive power development drills.
This is a 3 day per week program that should fit nicely around most BJJ training schedules. We encourage at least 1 day rest between strength and power sessions and advise against training the same day as BJJ class especially after BJJ classes. However this is at your own discretion. As with all our programs if you are an experienced lifter and are familiar with programming then you are more than welcome to add in extra days or even run one of our 2 day programs alongside this.
This program will guide you through 12 weeks of, highly BJJ specific, strength and power training. It will incorporate intermediate and advanced progression methods that include, rpe, cluster sets, supersets and more. Ultimately leading to significant strength and performance improvements on the mats.

In the program is a full PDF including a detailed introduction and guide to the program, as well a as week by week and day by day guide. At this moment our programs do not featured detailed exercise tutorials so we suggest assessing the program level to your experience and purchasing accordingly. Supplementing by watching detailed tutorials online and perfecting your form is something we strongly suggest, but do not offer included in the programs. (we are working hard to add this feature in the future)
How will I receive the program?
After purchase you can instantly download your PDF program from the post checkout page, the program will also be emailed to you for download. Additionally you can log into your account to download any purchased programs at any time.

As per our licensing agreement, each program purchase gives you 1 license for your program. You can use this yourself on as many devices as you want but you are prohibited by copyright from sharing this with others.
What is the refund policy?
We do not offer refunds or exchanges once the files have been downloaded or accessed. Refunds may be issued if you accidentally purchased the same product multiple times or did not receive the product due to an error on our end.
